why I cannot log in poptv code on other device?

Q:  I subscribed POPTV for one year a month ago, now I have a new box, but cannot sign in the code with my new box, what should I do?

A:  Once you signed in POPTV code on your device, the code is activated and bounded with your device, that’s why you cannot sign in on other device.
      What you need to do is to send your code to your seller, and ask them to reset the code for you. Then you can log in on new device.
